  • Industrial Space Management: 4% of Gross Revenue. (Note: A minimum administrative management fee of $500/month applies across all commercial properties).

Leasing Commissions and Renewals

Securing long-term, high-covenant commercial tenants is the foundation of commercial asset valuation. We actively market and negotiate leases to minimize vacancy cycles.

  • New Commercial Leases: 5% of the total value of the initial term (Years 1-5).
