Residential Management Tiers

Choose the exact level of involvement you desire.

  • Lease-Only / DIY Landlord ($0 Monthly): You pay a one-time fee of 1 month's rent for professional marketing, legal lease execution, and rigorous tenant screening. You handle the day-to-day management.

  • Standard Residential (8% of Collected Rent): Includes digital rent collection, semi-annual inspections, and basic legal eviction protection. Maintenance is coordinated through our vetted network (+10% coordination fee).

  • Premium Residential (12% of Collected Rent): Our fully hands-off solution for absentee owners. Includes zero-markup maintenance coordination, quarterly inspections, tax filing, comprehensive legal fee coverage, and our exclusive >100km/h Storm Check guarantee.

Commercial Asset Management Tiers

Fees are based strictly on Gross Revenue, aligning our success with your asset's financial performance. A minimum monthly administrative fee of $500 applies.

  • Retail & Professional Office Space: 5% - 6% of Gross Revenue.

  • Industrial Warehousing: 4% of Gross Revenue.

  • Commercial Leasing Commissions: 5% for new initial terms (Years 1-5); 2.5% for lease renewals.

Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Management

We charge a highly competitive percentage of the nightly rate for full-service STR hospitality management. With the 2026 standardized Airbnb host-only fee structure of 15.5%, we provide crystal-clear reporting so you know exactly what your net disbursement is every month.
